on our equipment and this is reflected in
the emphasis we place on our service department.
Our team of service engineers are selected
for their engineering skill, product knowledge
and dedication to both Billows Protocol and
our customers. As new products are developed
each engineer attends a course and if fully
trained on the assembly and service of these
products.
In the unlikely event of a
fault call +44 (0)1908-315539 and ask for
the service or sales department. In the first
instance, we will ask you to make a few basic
checks to see if the fault can be rectified
over the phone or by supplying replacement
parts by courier. If a service visit is necessary
we will normally have an engineer on site
within 12 hours in the UK or 24 hours internationally.
Our engineers are prepared to work long hours
and travel the world at short notice to reduce
downtime to a minimum.
For some of our PCB and inline
equipment we run in-house training courses
and supply a spares package to allow our
customers to carry out routine maintenance
and repairs.
